Turducken Welcome to the Turducken Experience! We have always said the Turducken isn't a meal - it's an experience. Well this year we have kicked up the experience a notch with our new versions of the Turducken. Our Turduckens start with a semi-boneless turkey (we leave only the wings and legs) then we fill them to overflowing with boneless duck, boneless chicken, and your choice of stuffing. The Turduckens average 14-15 lbs and provide approximately 20-25 servings (Depending on your eaters of course!). Your Turducken will arrive frozen in a vacuum sealed bag, and ready to cook or place in the freezer for future use. If you are looking to feed a smaller gathering, check out the Turducken Breast which has approximately 7-9 servings. Fowl De Cochon

Turducken not extreme enough for you? Try the Fowl de Cochon (Pig Turducken) - a boneless pig stuffed with a Turducken (Turkey, Duck, Chicken, Cajun Sausage) and loads of our famous cornbread dressing. Averages 50-60 lbs and feeds approximately 50-60 people. We must have a two week notice for this item. Please note, the dimensions of the Fowl de Cochon measure approximately 36" in length and 12" around. This is larger than conventional ovens. Turducken Breast with Cajun-Style Pork Sausage

For the Turducken Breast, we follow the same procedure as the Turducken, except we use only the breast of each bird. The Turducken Breast is a boneless turkey breast stuffed with a boneless duck breast, boneless chicken breast and mouth-watering Cajun-Style Pork Sausage. The breasts average 4.5 lbs and provide approximately 7-9 servings.
