For the Turducken Breast, we follow the same procedure as the Turducken, except we use only the breast of each bird. The Turducken Breast is a boneless turkey breast stuffed with a boneless duck breast, boneless chicken breast and mouth-watering Cajun-Style Pork Sausage. The breasts average 4.5 lbs and provide approximately 7-9 servings. Dont forget, the breast does not contain our famous Cornbread and Pork Sausage Dressing, but we do sell the dressing in 2.5 lb containers. (See the featured items section on this page.)
